Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 4, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Core-Notes plugin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Software.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. License Grant
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the Software on devices that you personally own or control.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software, including its code, design, and associated intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Core-Notes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Software.
5. Licensing & Personalization (Watermarking)
Upon purchase, the generated download of the Core-Notes plugin is cryptographically secured and embedded with an invisible, personalized digital watermark. This watermark contains your individual license and transaction data to trace the origin of the file and prevent piracy.
The distribution, sharing, public hosting, or unauthorized reproduction of the Software is strictly prohibited. Any detection of your personalized build being shared publicly or distributed without authorization will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license, revocation of access to future updates, and may lead to further legal action.
6. Refunds and Revocation
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting our support team or Paddle. Upon refund, your license will be invalidated and you must delete all copies of the Software.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Core-Notes be liable for any damages, data loss, or system issues arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
